嬰兒牀軟硬度怎樣算適中

最近朋友問關於買嬰兒牀的事宜，在網上查看過，見到原來牀褥軟硬度很重要，嬰兒牀也不要放太多毛公仔之類的，避免嬰兒窒息。嬰兒牀的安全事項廷多的，但是其他都較易明白，就是軟硬度說要夠FIRM。

請問大家有沒有經驗怎樣的手感才是夠FIRM夠適中呢？另外，市面上的一般有做過安全測試嗎？
