3歲出養兒婷婷因酒精中毒影響，患有胎兒酒精症候群，智力、神經發展都比一般幼兒遲緩。隨著生母去世，婷婷領養手續延宕，成為善牧基金會台南嬰兒之家最晚出養的特殊兒。今天來自美國布姓收養夫妻來台，接返婷婷回美國，現場氣氛動人不捨。

善牧基金會副執行長陳惠鏡表示，嬰兒之家只照料兩歲以內的嬰兒，在期間內媒合完成。婷婷媒合過程，因生母酒精中毒去世，導致領養手續延宕，3歲多才順利出養，是目前最晚出養的案例。
